jpdavis: We got one of these to take on a trip to avoid renting a seat. It packed up quite small and easily fit in a carry-on. My husband said it has the best blow-up valve he has ever seen. I think he inflated it with about 3-4 breaths. It was easy to install and comfortable for my child. I have recommended it to all of my friends.

KC: We needed a narrow booster to go 3 across and this fits perfectly. Easy to blow up and install. However, we had to replace the booster twice already in the past 8 months. Thank goodness for their lifetime guarantee. The customer service is excellent and sent out the replacements right away. They are excellent for travel or as a spare but I may look for something more durable in the long run.

Deep in the Heart of Texas: We took it on a trip where we had to get in a lot of Ubers. It was easy to blow up, install, deflate, and pack away. I would recommend it for older children who can sit up straight in a seat for an extended period of time. If they can't, this isn't safe. Otherwise, this is a great way to make traveling by plane easy (note: you can't use it on the plane. We packed it on the carry-on) and not have to take bulky/heavy booster seats.

Jake Sinson: I only get to use it when picking up passengers with youngin who did not bring their booster seat. Surprisingly, that doesn't happen a lot despite what I kept seeing online about it happening.

Every state has different laws about car seat but here in Texas, it is required for children who has outgrown carseat (rear facing) and needs to be of certain age or height. If I remember correctly, it's ages 2-9 or height of at least 4'9". Remember to check your state law as the punishment (to driver) will vary from fine/ticket, misdemeanor charge (I believe it's class C), court ordered child safety courses or a combination of these.

This booster seat came with a sack bag where you can store it while deflated. It takes about 5 seconds or less for me to inflate it and about 20-30 seconds to deflate. While I don't get to use it a lot, so far, it doesn't lose air when someone is seating on it.

P.s. If you use Uber or any ride share, the drivers are not required to provide passengers with carseat/booster seat and can reject your ride with no repurcation and remember, seatbelts/carseats/booster seats saves lives. Some states Uber operates also have the carseat option where...

Price/Value: Tie
Both are priced around $35-40, and each contains a seat, carry bag and manual. Both have lifetime satisfaction guarantees.

Materials and Build: hiccapop
Both booster seats use a drawstring bag for storage, with a spring-loaded cord lock. I prefer the smaller, stretchy fabric BubbleBum bag, whereas the hiccapop bag is unnecessarily large, but is made of a water-resistant nylon which will probably last longer. Both seats have nice fabric covers that are well made, and seem durable, and come in a few color options. The hiccapop’s cover is removable (with a zipper) and is machine washable, whereas the BubbleBum is surface clean only and should not be removed (according to the manual). The BubbleBum advertises as having a safety and stability system built in, which consists of memory foam and padding over the air chamber, with a reinforced harness around the cover. Apparently this stabilizes movement and keeps its structural integrity, and there is probably some validity to those claims. The hiccapop is just an air bladder...

Ernesto R.: Alguna ocasión una familia nos recomendó usar estos boosters y decidimos comprar este. Recién lo usamos en un viaje en que rentamos auto y es muy bueno, quedó perfecto para una niña de 7 años que pesa 22 Kg.
Tiene una banda que ayuda a ajustar el soporte de pecho para que le quede bien al niño. Excelente.

Ricardo Ortiz: Viajar con niños es siempre un reto, y nos hemos topado con lugares en el mundo que simplemente no suben a un niño a un coche si no tiene un asiento adecuado. Esto hace que sea toda una aventura moverse de un lugar a otro. La solución: un asiento para coche (booster) inflable. El producto se ve de buena calidad y se siente bastante sólido. Lo estaremos usando durante un viaje, así como en un coche rentado (más barato comprar esto que pagar los $12 usd por día de renta de un asiento). Después regresaré a dar mis observaciones de como nos fue.

JoséJosé: Me ha funcionado muy bien este booster para mi hijo de 1.1 mt y al rededor de 20 kilos de peso.
Antes había comprado un asiento rígido, pero además de incomodo, no ajustaba bien el cinturón a su cadera.
Este asiento si coloca correctamente al niño y el cinturón.
Tengo más de dos meses con él, y se ha quedado en el carro bajo rayo intenso de sol y con temperaturas mas que elevadas, y no ha perdido el aire.
Viene con un kit para reparar pinchaduras, y con una cinta para ajustar la correa de hombro del cinturón para que no quede lastimando el cuello del niño.
Es ideal para un viaje, ya que en el avión puedes desinflarlo para llevarlo en el equipaje, y al rentar un auto no tienes que pagar adicional por un asiento de niño.
