Misti: I don’t wan to rate these badly but I bought these due to the reviews but sadly they were too rough on my stomach and after three days my stomach started cramping. Obviously it’s a trail and error for everyone and possible works for others with the right diet and exercise but didn’t for me.

Julian Jurado: I think this product works, it didn’t lose weight but most importantly didn’t gained any while using it which I was surprised because I had more cheat meals and skipped more gym days while taking it. I’m now back to a very strict workout routine and very clean eating and don’t think I need it but will get back on it if I feel like relaxing for a bit.

Bill: I’ve done the Keto diet without these and lost weight just fine and didn’t really suffer Keto flu. I wanted to try these to see if they would get me back into ketosis faster and keep me there. I honestly can’t tell. I’m losing weight at about the same rate. The price is decent for this type of product and there are no I’ll effects that I’ve noticed. Probably 50/50 chance I would buy again.
