The seat covers and steering wheel cover were easy to put on. Bright and vibrant colors. Love them!: It's a good bit smaller than I thought it would be and then my last one, but still big enough. Get measuring tape out and see how big it's going to be before purchasing. I didn't. It carries my work bags, cooler and purse, plus other things I end up taking with me. I fill it up and it's not too heavy. I haven't tried groceries yet. It's deep, has a basket on the back, and a padded handle. Super easy assembly. Slide the rod through the back and all 4 wheels snap on. Seems very durable. All strong metal. Maneuvers pretty well.

GEF: Two days after I placed my order, I received the first cart. Great delivery time and a nice cart, but it wasn't the one shown here with the turnable front wheels. Instead, it has the stationary ones and having had an almost identical one with these non-turnable front wheels, it wasn't the one I wanted. I wrote a note through the Amazon system, and, long story short, within two days after that, I got a call from the company and had a second cart here--one with the turntable front wheels as shown in the pictures etc. if that's not good enough service, the company executive I spoke with not only arranged for this expedited delivery of the correct cart, he said that because of the shipping costs involved, I could keep both carts for the price of one! (Yes, he was professional, apologetic, and courteous as well, but to me, that's really impressive "walking the talk", and I did appreciate not having to arrange for a retun. As simple as it is on Amazon, it's still one more thing to do.). So if I could, I would give 10 stars for customer service. I've never gotten "bad" service from Amazon or any of its partners, but this, IMHO, was over-the-top exceptional!

Geralyn H.: This is an Awesome Cart! I ordered it last week, and received it early this week. Took it out on its maiden voyage just two days ago over a 18 block course. It did wonderful.

Having been a small furniture dealer for years, and having to often put together merchandise I had little issues with the directions. The Letters on the pictured diagram coincide with the Letters in the directions on the back. Check to make sure you have all of your springs, washers, pins, hubcaps, and wheels before you start to assemble. Take time to review the directions and the photo noting the letters/steps before you start. It helps

In reading previous reviews some have confused this cart with another cart that looks similar. The front wheels on this cart do not move, and there is no bend near the front wheels. These wheels are not falling off because of any broken metal. The tubular metal is a straight shot down from the handle. I suspect the pin that needs to be pushed all the way through the front axle rod hole hasn't been pushed in all the way, or the hole was missed. Easy to do. It's dark in that pipe. Use the small pins just like a hair pin. I found using a pliers to push on this pin...
