Carrie Witty: This was advertised as a rope for a towable. The box it comes in calls it a boat tie off. I think that is the key here. This does not, in any way, float. The leads are REALLY long. I'm glad I thought ahead and held up the buckle until we were almost fully away from our tube or else it would have sunk right into the prop.
I really like the clips and they are easy to attach to the boat, but if we can't fix the sinking buckle issue, this is going into the trash. Getting the rope and metal buckle wrapped up in the motor will seriously ruin it and I'm not into replacing a motor because of a tube tow rope.

Willem G.: The stern line is too long, when the line is not towing, it keeps wrapping behind my prop. I've cut and shortened the line to make sure that doesn't happen anymore. But the quality overall is very good and I can recommend the product

Andrew Atrens: The steel piece is unbelievably tough. The rope and rubber binder are a bit suspect.
Needs a 4" float, but the rope tag is too short for that.
I cannibalized mine and re-rigged the metal piece with a short loop of dyneema rope and a 4 inch float - much, much better.
