David R.: I really like this tea, but starting in 2023 the tea bags started having the string come loose. When this occurs, not only do you have to fish out the tea bag, but the tea bag opens letting bits of tea into the cup. I'd emailed the manufacturer about this problem a few months ago, but it's still occurring in a box I just purchased. Hopefully they'll fix this! (And, just to be clear, this isn't some weird user error -- I've been making tea with tea bags for many years.)
