If I feel a cold coming or I feel run down, I drink this with a late breakfast and I feel energetic and nothing's coming anymore. I love it cold and have only had it cold. Brew via Keurig hot water 7.5 cup setting, add spoon of honey, wait for it to cool during a workout (on not-sick days), add ice and 1/2 cup of watermelon juice and it's delicious. My favorite tea!

Jonathan Aubin: Tin was damaged.
I mean it's not THAT much of a big deal but I wasn't happy and thought about returning it for a new tin. I kept it though and I did enjoy the tea although I've had better green tea's before. Not sure about the blend, seems a little bland in flavor? It's still pretty good though and might just not be... my cup of tea ;)
