JustinJustin: The paint job was beautiful, had a nice shine to it, with the exception of the bent/dented and scraped up parts. The brake assembly for the front brakes had a piece broken, as shown in pictures. Fell out as I pulled the frame out of the box. This piece being broken has rendered the front brakes useless on this bike.
The instructions were not clear, and it took about 3 maybe 4 hours for 2 people to put this thing together, one of which is definitely mechanically inclined.
Chain guard was bent/dented and had to be forced back into shape to fit over the chain for it to not rub on the chain.
The instructions said there was a specific tool for the chain to be put together, this one came with a different tool, and it was difficult to assemble being as there was no instructions on said tool to put it together. Just hoping the chain does not somehow come back apart during my child riding the trike.

Overall, not impressed with the broken pieces and the instructions on assembly, but my daughter is happy with the trike. Will probably remove the front brake assembly all together being as it rubs on the front wheel and can not adjust due to the broken parts,...

K.W: First the good. The trike came unassembled but assembly couldn’t be easier. Without included instructions the bike was rideable in twenty minutes. Rides just fine and feels stable around corners. Brakes work well.
Now the not so good. The trike came missing the chain cover, most of the assembly hardware and no assembly instructions. I’ve contacted the seller for a chain cover. I had enough nuts and bolts of proper size and fit. You don’t really need assembly instructions. It’s so self explanatory a six year old could put it together. Seriously. Assembly as simple as it gets. Twenty minutes assembly time with having to search my shop for hardware. Brakes take another five minutes or so to adjust properly. Few knicks and scuffs on the paint from shipping. Honestly for $200 you can’t beat it

alfredo m gonzales: Tricycle is cheaply made & when the product showed up parts were broke! Took me a month to get it from them, even tho I went and purchased it from a bicycle store 2 hrs from my home!

SidneySidney: I received my bike and it was all chipped up and had to go buy nuts bolts so I could assemble it. Not very impressed should have a full replacement or refund

I purchased a trike and the company was fast with the delivery hopefully I'll be able to get more definitely will order more and the price is right: I ordered a trike from this company and it was awesome the price was right and the delivery was quick...I definitely will be ordering more bikes in the future from this company

Noddin: The bike is not easy to assemble, holes do not line up, unit was shipped wrong speed, bike is held together with nut n bolt no strength. Now that we want to return at our expense of $271.00 Not impressed. Not a good deal to me, now i am stuck with a cheap & poorly made bike. Unwanted so hopefully Amazon will help with refund

PedroPedro: I recently purchased two, 20 inch adult tricycles for developmentally challenged clients that I deal with. I have had the opportunity to finally assemble one of the bikes today. Unfortunately i had tore down the shipping box earlier not anticipating any product quality issues.

During the assembly process it was determined that the front tire tube had a faulty valve and could not be filled. I’m going to have to replace the tube. The chain for the gears was detached and came as a length piece that had to be connected with a joining piece. Despite the connecting link being provided, the chain remained 1-2 links too short and also needs replacing.
I’m going to to have to replace them both prior to using this bike

I hired somebody to do the assembly for me that was familiar with bikes and he was the one who identified these problems. As well he noted that the manual provided was insufficient for effecting successful assembly. The instructions both written and pictorial were unclear. The last page of the book references using a video to watch to assist the owner in the assembly process, however no copy of the assembly process video is provided...

SR: Bought this (and a helmet) for my step-dad's 90th birthday. He LOVES it. Rides it every day even if it is just 15-30 minutes. Putting it together was challenging, but during COVID, time well spent. Two challenges - 1) the screw hole for the gear mechanism wouldnt accept the screw, because the factory had painted over the threading, but the retailer had outstanding and prompt customer service and made it right (if you know what i mean!); 2) when it came to cabling and the chain, i loaded up the 96% assembled bike and took it to my neighborhood bike shop and said you finish it. And for like $40 they did all the rest in about an hour, and, of course it was done right and they tightened everything up with all their tools. Money very well spent (vs my 2-3 hours without the right tools to do it right). Or they would have assembled the whole thing for $100 out of the box. Non-COVID, money very well spent, too. Anyway, awesome bike and well made and great customer support (even if it is only via email). Great value.
