David K.: This is pretty much the only Strawberry ice Cream sold on Amazon. It;s excellent. No bad for you GUMS to hold it together. It holds together with real cream . That means the fat content is very HIGH. not for those trying to lose weight. Excellent for shakes! Let it melt a bit..add strawberry syrup, 2% milk, Malt, a few scoops...BLEND. MMMM. It is decadent. Use real strawberries too. Nothing artificial such as food coloring.
The issue is its 6.00 for 14 ounces. OUCH I would try strawberry Gellato but Amazon doesnt sell any.
