Eric S: I wear my harness 8-10 hrs a day. Comfort is a 10. The pads on the shoulders are amazing. The belt helps to keep the weight of the harness off my body. Unlike the picture when shipped. I’d did not have the shoulder metal attachment points. I was a little disappointed due to the fact I connect tools with lanyards daily.

James: great ansi/osha approved harness. i am able to fit a carpenter's tool bag on each side as well as hammer holster. gets a bit hot behind the waist belt and shoulder padding in this heat wave we're having, but I didn't really expect it NOT to get hot.
I'm 5'-11", 230lbs (a bit fat around the middle) and the xl-xxl size fits fine in my summer t-shirt and jeans, with plenty of adjustment room left over for my winter bibs and coat.
d-ring in the back is a bit high and I have to clip in from over the shoulder rather than from around the back like my old harness...that might be hard to do while dressed for winter, but i'm sure i'll get it done.
all in all a great harness. much better than my old setup with tool belt over un-padded, el-cheapo harness.

RDK: As a site safety officer for a construction company for quiet a few years, this has to be one of the best deals on the market today that i have ever seen. It is made well and not cheap but has a cheap price. I'm still trying to figure out how they made it and sell it for that price. I inspected every area of it an it is well made. The only thing is that even though it fits me, i did not get to try it on before i bought it . It comes in a sealed bag. So you might want to check the return policy.

Amazon Customer: Seems very strong and well constructed, but is somewhat stiff and unforgiving in places. I made a fundamental mistake when I ordered this harness for doing tree work. I'm not a professional arborist but I am a big do-it-my-selfer and I have about $10,000 worth of 80' dead tree work in my back yard. To take on this project I'm spending about $1,500 in equipment but it's well worth it for the experience and adventure.
The problem for me is this harness has no ventral belay loop at the waist, which is what you want for a comfortable (well-balanced) self-belay. While you can add a loop by connecting the two side loops to your own central ring in front (I tried this) the leg straps don't participate in weight distribution, and it remains awkward and very uncomfortable. Rather than inventing yet another retro-fit for the leg straps, I had to admit to myself that I'd bought the wrong harness for tree work. I ended up buying the much more comfortable (but expensive) "Petzl Pro Avao Bod Croll Fast Harness". For me, this was worth the extra cost (5x) in terms of fit, comfort, function, and safety.
