I've used it to make not only baby food but also to make steamed veggies for my toddler, and fruit puree for fruit leather for my big kid.

Throw whatever you want into the "blender" and you can steam & blend without having to switch anything out, or steam and freeze whole chunks of whatever, or blend softer foods like banana, mango, or berries. It's awesome, I only wish I'd had this when I had each of my older babies. I gift this to all new moms i know. Making your own baby food is easier than ever before.

Nilz: It's been working great so far and helps make baby food at home. I am no longer steaming and then blending. All in one! cleaning is easy. You need to chop the veggie/fruit into small pieces so they are steamed and blended well. Good value for the price!

I do like this product!
So easy to make baby food, I’ve had it for 4+ months now but it has just recently started leaking at the bottom. I have not found the source of the issue yet, whether it’s from the hole in the steamer or the container isn’t on correctly.
Still makes baby food easy and fast, for now, I just put a towel under it, while using it.

Somehow the container cracked, but customer service was amazing! Once I contacted them about the cracked container they immediately sent a new one and it arrived within two days of contacting them! So thankful! Now I can keep making baby food for my little one!

Highly recommended!

Mary E Hershberger: I love everything about this baby food processor.. except the fact that it’s not dishwasher safe. I use this on a daily basis and am impressed with its speed and efficiency and ease of use. I cleaned it how I clean every other thing in my kitchen; in the dishwasher, since there was no clear markings on the machine or outside the packaging that it was not dishwasher safe. I noticed a few cracks in the cylinder and when I used it, there was a lot of leakage. So I looked at the Amazon listing and sure enough real small at the bottom it said “no” under dishwasher safe. I will definitely be ordering another one to replace the one I have, because I love everything else about it.. BUT I really wish it said on the bottom on the cylinder, the packaging, and really big on the instruction manual that it is not dishwasher safe!

Neetu rishi: It's super easy to use. Literally, food is ready with just a touch. Steams nicely, there is different steam timing given for different foods. If you just wanna blend like banana or avocado, that's possible. I read in the reviews that blending without steaming is not there. That's not true. Same goes for adding liquid to change consistency of the puree. It is absolutely possible. I do it all the time and I dont see any leakages anywhere. It's just perfect, I am so happy with this purchase. I highly recommend if you want homemade food for your baby. I got it at discounted price too.

Swtlemon: I've been using this baby food maker for the last few months. I love being able to throw in fruits and veggies to steam and puree. We started off with feeding purees, but since we have moved towards BLW, we continue to use the steam function to steam our baby's food quickly. It's pretty easy to clean and I like that it also has a sanitizing function. There is a tiny silicone piece that is inside the lid (which actually opens for cleaning) that can be easily missed. We actually lost ours, but customer service was great and Zoe sent a replacement. Prepping for baby's meals can be a lot of work, but this helps a lot when I just want to steam a few green beans!

AliAli: I'm using this for my 4th baby so I've had quite a few baby food makers over the years. This one is kind of a pain. First, it says in the manual that you cannot add water to the blender jar. Adding water to the jar is what makes the baby food have a thin enough consistency. Therefore this blender is literally useless for making fine enough purees for a beginner baby. I tried it even though it says not to and there is a hole in the bottom of the jar where it sits on the rotation spinner on the base. The water will just pour out and ruin your machine. Second, they want you to use the steamer before the blender. With other machines I've been able to just use whichever separately. I like steaming a lot of baby food at a time on my stove and then pureeing with the machine. Without adding the additional water in the base I can't do this so I've had to make smaller batches of food more frequently. Or I have to mush my steamed food with hot water before pureeing in the machine which makes having a blender basically pointless. Lastly, this machine stains SO bad. My baby's favorite foods are sweet potatos and carrots. Even if I instantly clean the blade after blending them the white part...

Kjf: I bought this for my smallest child, buying Jared baby food is pricey and not very good for the environment. By buying this will save me money down the road. And not having to use jars 4-7 times a day is a much better alternative to jars.

Now yes it's a little bit of effort to make fresh baby food at home. But think of it this way, by making my own at home is much heath wise for my child. I know exactly what's going into my food now and NO processed fillers! I make it and freeze some. So far we have made carrots, peas, strawberries and bananas, raspberry sauce. I have enjoyed using this so far and happy I finally went and bought my own now. I wish I did this with my other kids as money will be saved by using this machine will pay for itself.

Now some information about the baby food maker itself. Presentation is important and when this arrived it came nicely packaged. The manual is well detailed and proper English enough to understand and to use the machine correctly. Plus proper cleaning instructions ETC.
The machine is made from plastic yes, but the material looks nice with a gloss finish not cheap. Inside the steamer is a stainless steel holder, that won't stain...
