Edward Petrie: If you can only buy one book on gardening, then this would be it. I didn't think there could be a book written with so much information on all growing area and all the months of the year to keep you busy. I can't wait to try all the other books from this company.

martha pine: The print is pale. There is a huge amount of knowledge in this book. I like books that lie a bit more flat.

Alex: So much to read, so little time. We recently moved to a house with acreage and I am completely overwhelmed at how much there is to do. We have a ton of space to garden, but I had no idea where to start. This book is fantastic for the novice like myself. I have not read much of the content because there is just so much of it. Identifying weeds vs good plants has been very easy to do with this book. Next year I'll tackle adding a garden and this is really the only resource i need. I know people complained about the small print and large size, but it really is laid out nicely and I'd rather have all of this info in one place than have several books with larger text or more photos.
