Lee B.: My wife got me this for Christmas. I love the brush and comb, I carry the comb with me now to keep everything straight. The Beard Wash smells so good and cleans very well. The scissors are pretty good and keep the hair out of my mouth.
My main problems is the conditioner, balm, and oil all smell like old grease. If they had the same scent as the wash I would love them all. As it is, i can't stand using the conditioner after the beard wash because of the way it leaves my beard smelling. I can't really tell any difference between the balm and oil, they both look and smell the same. They leave my beard feeling greasy and smelling gross. There are no instructions on how to use the products, they all say take some on your hand and rub on your beard. There is a plastic piece in there that I don't know what it's for. Better communication and making the items have a pleasing smell would go a long way.
