Like all Wellness brand dog food, this CORE grain free line is a good choice for my dog. She's going to be 11 years old and is still a very active English Springer Spaniel. She's been on Wellness regular dry food her entire life until about a year ago I switched to CORE dry food because she has arthritis in her joints. I noticed in my own diet that when I went gluten free, my arthritis symptoms disappeared. So I thought I'd try it with my pet. It seemed to give her a great deal more relief and energy. I have since begun adding this wet CORE food to my dog's diet--- I parse it out so that one can equals 7 servings, I add that 1/7 amount to her morning CORE dry food and mix it in. It has perked her up as a treat and I think the extra protein boost has helped her muscles become stronger which in turn helps her on long walks to keep her joints well oiled. She's taken this CORE wet food as a supplement to her regular dry food about 6 weeks now. I highly recommend.

My dogs love this food. I have a beagle and a shih poo. I mix some up with their dry food and they both eat it all right away. My son has a dog that wouldn't eat her food. I gave them a can of the wellness canned food and he mixed it with her dry food and she ate all of her food right away. Now my son is buying it. Would recommend it.
