JeriJeri: Our pup, Ditto, loves this toy—a little too much. Although she was able to tear it up after several months of rough use, she can still play with it because there is no stuffing to worry about. We bought another one of these items but without a tail. I’m hoping that one survives a little better. I recommend it.

Jennifer B.: I gave this toy 5 stars as the toy, as a whole, is durable to rough tugging and play. The one thing to note though, is that the "scales" that stick up along the spine aren't as resistant to chewing and one of them was chewed off by our pup before we noticed what she was doing. This is a small toy, so it may not be good for larger breed dogs. Otherwise, I would definitely buy one again when this one finally meets its end.

Bea: I literally never thought I would find a toy, especially a stuffed toy that my dog wouldn’t break. She has tried so many times to rip it and break it and it hasn’t budged. She has broken toys that are labeled “chew proof” and “indestructible” in a matter of days, and usually destroys a stuffed toy in 5 seconds. But this toy is amazing. Not even a little rip.

Kay: That being said, these last the longest of any other brand I have tried when it comes to plush toys. My Golden Retriever/Lab is 85 pounds and pretty aggressive chewer. These never would have lasted with needle sharp puppy teeth, but he is now 3 and he really likes these. This one replaces the dragon I bought him a year ago. It finally had to be thrown away. There is no such thing as an indestructible dog toy. If your expectations are realistic and your dog is not determined to rip his/her toys to shreds, you will probably get anywhere from 3 months to a year out of this product.

Jared W.: I got this for my super chewer and it lasted several weeks, is a marked improvement over her other toys as well as my arm. Just ordered two more and probably sticking with these. Not a lot of fuzz to eat, and if your dog destroys it it is easy enough to clean up. Could last longer but short of a brick I don't think anything will withstand her jaws.

AmandaAmanda: My boy normally destroys everything within a few days. He’s had this for a few weeks and only a fin is slightly damaged. The squeaker popped within a few days so he has lost interest somewhat, but that doesn’t normally stop him destroying toys. It’s a shame because it wasn’t an annoying squeaker.
