Amazon Customer: My cat absolutely loves this toy, although I wish the attachment hook was easier to open. Very tough to change out the toy on the end. The clip is hard to open. I purchased extra toys. She loves the butterfly

Smizic: Not a huge fan of the wire. I was looking for an alternative to Da Bird, which my cats love but destroy. They weren't big fans of fish, so I swapped in a Bird refill instead. It flies pretty well, but the wire gets caught on itself a lot and my cats didn't seem to like it as much. Just buy Da Bird. It's a better toy.

Bearkisser: Da Bird is, without exaggeration, the greatest cat entertainment toy ever created. As for human entertainment, it ranks pretty high, as well. So if you love your cats, buy several. Before assembling one I put a dab of superglue between the pieces so as to prevent the wand from coming apart. Yes, eventually the string wears thin or gets knotted up around the joint where it connects to the wand. My cats play with their Da Bird daily, and several weeks pass before that happens. Seems as if the newer attachments don't make the twirling sound that they used to. Perhaps the manufacturer might care to comment.
