Ian: For the price I expected this product to be cheaply made. In reality the nylon pouch it comes in is fairly thick with 3 big sturdy buttons and thick Velcro. The bore rods are actually better than the one I have owned for years. The bore brushes are just the same as all ever made. Maybe a little better than the cheap kit from wal mart. The q - tips and cloth wipes are whatever, right? Nice added value I guess. The container to hold oil is so-so. I don’t trust them much. I have had to many leak and waste expensive gun oil. There’s so many brands anymore that sell small better sealable bottle which is what I’ll do. So overall this is a great kit for a field kit or range bag.

JerseyGenius: Overall, I'm giving this compact cleaning kit 4 out of 5 stars. It has just about everything you need to clean you rifle, handgun, and/or shotgun. Comes complete with a good number of individual pieces of cloth to use with the included ramrod. Also comes with elongated qtips for deep cleaning. I'm docking a star because I noticed a small bit of rust on the ends of some of the ramrod sections. Not terrible but certainly not expected. Overall, I think it's a good value for the money and a worthwhile purchase. Be advised, the enclosed small plastic bottle does not have any solvent in it. All in all, I recommend this purchase.
