David Espitia: When I change my transmission oil in my car, I only use the Honda product. On the engine and everything r Ed lose I use what’s recommended. This transmission fluid is great.I can feel the the difference with just three quarts. I’m going to change it again, in July. Three more quarts, to finally take out all the old transmission fluid out.I’m also going to install the transmission filter.

Eric: exactly what I was looking for, it is honda genuine fluid, the bottle looks a little different then from the local honda dealer, so I put a drop of each on a white plate and the color is identical. Honda fluid seem to look just slightly different then regular ATF

Dawei Song: Eric the Car Guy says to only use Honda ATF in Honda's ATs. So that's what I did. Changed the fluid (no flush and other BS), simply drained it from the drain bolt and replenish over the dip stick hole.
So far no problem! hopefully this simple preventive maintenance will keep my mom's civic for another 5 year 100kkm on the road.
