Both went out at the same time even though I bought them on different dates, months apart. They will not keep a charge any longer. They only lasted for a year. May try another brand.
Works pretty well. I've had it since June 2021, and have only had to recharge it once. It can be a little late at sending you who is/was at your door or fence, as well as for the doorbell feature. I will say that it has rang on my phone while I was more than 10 miles away, so that's cool. The lense can view movement approx 25 feet away, it just depends on how fast or slow the person or object is moving. I, on average, receive a lag response of about 5 - 30 secs to be notified on any given day. There's recording capabilities, a slot for an SD card, a motion sensor option, and keeps a pretty accurate history of all visits, whether they use the doorbell or not. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase so far.
I have to add, that I have a baby monitor as well, that is suppose to sync with CloudEdge (the app I use for the doorbell), however there that has been issues using more than one device with the app.
4.5 Stars. I recommend getting it for extra protection and to...

Jason B.: So after having this doorbell now for over a month i can say i am very pleased with it. It never loses connection like the kangaroo ones did and the picture is so clear and i like how you can speak with whom ever is at your door and you can set it to detect motion at certain times and it only detects people. It works so good we caught a orb on ours about a week ago and it freaked us out but glad it caught it. I havent had any issues with the signal either the only bad thing i can say is if it detects a lot movement the battery will need charged faster but being able to pull it off and just plug into our charger is a plus. I recommend this doorbell camera for the price vs a nest or ring..........

Bob ArizonaBob Arizona: I have had this product over a month now and am quite happy with it.
There are many advantages to this video doorbell. First it can be installed completely wirelessly. The doorbell includes 2 21700 lithium batteries which will give months of use between charges, then pop the unit out of the bracket and charge with a USB charger and you are back in business after a few hours.
Installation either wired or wirelessly is a snap (no pun intended). Mount the bracket using two supplies screws and snap the unit in the bracket and you are done.
The chime unit has no internal battery so it must be connected to a USB charger or computer to work. I found this disappointing, coupled with the fact that my main house chimes are now disabled, unlike other doorbells I have installed, which give you the option to retain the house chimes.
The app, CloudEdge is highly rated and works well, providing high res images of the caller, good audio, the ability to have conversations with folks at the door remotely, and leave up to 3 prerecorded messages, all excellent features.
Wireless setup was simple and connected on the first attempt. Note that this doorbell functions...

¤♤♡◇♧□○°: This camera has excellent night vision. It has very good picture quality. The images are very clear not scrambled like the last one I had done. It has a motion detection sensor that picks up when someone moves at our front door. The doorbell has a loud but not annoying bell that lets you hear it in even the remotest rooms in the house. It makes a great gift for someone renovating their home of for someone who needs to watch their front door. It's great for security and safety reasons. Great value.

TEP: Purchased this to replace another brand that developed a finicky push button. Installation of the doorbell and software was easy enough, but it was apparent early that the device was exceedingly slow to buffer the initial image anytime the app was opened and video requested or if the bell was activated.
I have devices much further away from the router which do absolutely fine but I knew I was installing a mesh system soon so I held onto the doorbell for a few more days until I had the mesh system up and going. Although every other device on our network had improved reception with the mesh, there was no change in the doorbell. I took it off of its mount outside the front door and brought it inside, within 10 feet away and in line of sight of the router. The app said the wifi signal was weak and not an appropriate place to put the doorbell. I brought the doorbell to within 3 feet of the router and to each of the satellites in the mesh and it said same thing, and upload of initial video still took 30 seconds or longer to buffer (many times just stopped and gave unstable network error message.)
The 2 visitors I had at the front door during the time I had the bell...
