I have two guinea pigs and have tried every bedding possible—wood chips, shredded paper, puppy pee pads, fleece. The fleece was too much work, but I didn’t want to go back to the other options either. Now, I put puppy pee pads under these (for more absorption) and when I need to clean the cage, I just roll everything up. It’s made it easier to clean, lessened my allergies, and my pigs like having a smooth surface. See pictured pig enjoying her bedding with a knocked over hut.
