Kimber: I have super sensitive skin and have to keep the sun off my face. This hat does the trick! The brim is wide enough to keep the sun off my face but is not so large I can’t see. And it’s not overly floppy and the brim keeps it’s shape so it keeps it looking stylish. Super cute.

Yesenia: The style is off slightly, or perhaps it’s just not my size? It shows it can be very elegant, which is why I purchased it, but it fit more like a sun hat to do gardening or some form of light labor. Not elegant as I’d hoped for. And it did have some folds that were gonna be hard to remove

I LOVED this hat. i thought it was flattering, it protected me really well from sunburns, and it folded well so I could pack it in my suitcase and in my festival bag. my only criticism is that one side of it just wouldn’t stay down so it was slightly crooked no matter what I did. but it was such a small issue I didn’t really care.

Katie: My sister and I were taking our families on a sunny Florida vacation and she showed me this hat and said she was getting it. Initially I was just thinking of bringing a baseball cap but when I saw this I changed my mind. It would shade me but look a lot nicer in the photos we'd be sure to take.

The hat I got didn't have a removable strap (it seems some of them do?) but I was able to easily tuck the strap in the crown if I didn't want to wear it (occasionally I did wear it because of wind). There were a few frayed/loose threads around the outside brim of the hat when it arrived, but other than that it was usable/unwrinkled straight from the packaging. The hat was flattering, comfortable, and easy to roll up and tuck away if i didn't want to wear it (or couldn't wear it, like on the rides in the park). My sister got a different shade (with the brown ribbon) and we were both very happy with our purchases. I foresee using this a lot when summer returns!

Maura Jones: I have a LOT of hair and my head is on the larger size. Although a medium said that it would fit my best friend ordered a medium and it was tight. I ordered the larger size and it was perfect. There is a chin strap in case the day is windy or in case you want to take it off and not lose it. Hat folded well and lasted our entire trip through Aruba without getting dirty or misshapen even after wearing it in the ocean and the pool.

Amazon Customer: I have thick hair just past my shoulders, and also a fringe - I don't think I have a small head either ?!
This hat is the only one I have ever bought that looks flattering, so pleased and it's very easy to pack, by rolling it up, or flattening and when opened, it's back to normal.
I have tried it with my hair down and also with a low 'bun' and it's lovely . . . . I bought the size large btw.

B BergB Berg: So frustrating as I finally find a hat with the perfect fit I was looking for (I have a tiny head and this hate is ajustable) BUT it's definately far from the protection I need :(

The sun goes right through the weave. Far from a tight weave....
Not sure yet what I'm gonna do, keep it for a stylish low sun day or return it cause I was looking for a hat to protect from the sun.

K.D: The hat fits nice and the wide brim allows for excellent shade. Although it says it’s foldable I wouldn’t want to fold it too much. It doesn’t spring back into its perfect shape. The string is only attached by a small clip. It can easily un hook but when it’s in place it does help when the wind blow the hat off your head.
