LynnZ.: I really like this Alfredo Pasta dish, even if it didn’t have its generous amount of white chicken breast. My only complaint is that there is never enough broccoli florets, so I always add more. It serves two generously. It cooks up in about 15 minutes if you slightly soften the sauce packet in the microwave first and break it up with a fork in the pan. The directions once called for adding some water, about 2 tablespoons but that direction is now gone. I still add the water (3 TBLs) as it keeps the cream sauce from thickening too much and sticking to the pan. Some good crusty bread and a Pino Grigio are my usual go-withs for this Alfredo.
