WE did have to watch the shipping company's updates and allow the process to take the time needed. We received it in the middle of the predicted window - a text the day before to confirm delivery. We are very pleased with the oven! It is perfect!

Visty50: Received and the oven door was unhinged. I purchased a new double oven and that makes me wonder about the manufacturer and seller. After installation oven does not light up troubleshooting and nothing works. Seemed as though was a used or had problems before

Ashlee Brown: The appliance was beautiful! Unfortunately my contractor gave me the wrong diminsions so it doesn’t fit. Trying to figure out how to ship it back and exchange for the right size. Not so easy with a giant shipping package.
