Kelly: Let me start off first by saying I am not a professional carpenter or wood worker by any stretch of the imagination, more like a hobbyist and that's stretching it a lot. I took wood shop in high school and that was 30 years ago. but I've tinkered over the years but in the last year or so I've been trying to get back into wood working, so I bought me a table saw and some other tools, andl I'm in the middle of making a project for my wife and I never give the saw blade that came with the saw much thought it was brand new and it felt sharp so I started using it, and I'm cutting red oak so it's a hard wood not super hard but it's not pine either and I noticed after about 10 maybe 15 cuts I was having to push a little harder and was getting light burn marks, so I started looking around for a new blade so I bought a dewalt blade it's a little better but I still wasn't impressed,so I started looking on wood worker forums and the general consensus was that the majority of people were using freud diablo blades.I didn't know a lot about freud but I knew enough to know that their blades were around 60 to 75 dollars and I was a tight wad and didn't want to spend that much on a blade. my...
