Sharon Willis: I wasn't expecting much, I mean French's makes perfectly good yellow mustard but I didn't expect them to be able to pull off a dijon. But this stuff is pretty good. I will buy it again.

Bluebird: Smooth and creamy, easy to blend and goes lovely mixed with some guldens brown mustard on sandwiches
Works lovely in deviled eggs and egg salads. I used to only use this for deviled eggs, but I find it is much more vesatile. When used in egg salad, I just add a wee bit, where you can't taste the mustard, but it sure enhances the flavor.
