sweaks23: Exactly what I wanted. Fits well, well made, comfortable while still giving support to my back. The sizes do seem smaller than the chart says, so you might want to order the next larger size if you are at the high end of the measurements.

green guy: Using the printed instructions I measured 42-43 inches and the table states that I should order the "Large". The belts were much too short and did not attach securely. (The Large size seems to be more appropriate for a 36-38 inch waist). I reordered the Extra Large and it is adequate. I have worn it only 2 days, but I am not getting much relief from pain so far, but that may be normal.

This back brace is the best one I have ever had. I'll do a quick summary of what I said in the video in case it doesn't attach it:
The brace is REALLY, REALLY, did I say REALLY easy to put on.
It comes with instructions with good illustrations (yes I can read, but my ADHD brain likes pictures. I haven't decided if I'm breaking out the crayons to color it in yet or not. Not important, just a thought) that I followed and got the brace on the right way the first time.
I'm HOPING it stands the test of time, I've had other braces with plastic stays, they end up breaking, trying to impale a kidney, and I end up having to throw them away. This brace seems to be much more durable, I'll definitely be updating this review if I have any problems with the quality of it.
I DID NOT buy this as a waist trainer/trimmer, but for my beautiful thick people out there, it does give you a pretty hourglass figure if you want that, it would be something you would need to wear a bit tighter and I don't recommend wearing ANYTHING that hurts or makes you uncomfortable, I...
