Amazon Customer: I bought this dartboard for my son-in-law, as he and his wife enjoy playing games in their basement. They had never had a dartboard before. This was a great gift that they could play together and we could play when we visit. I really like the quality of the board and I certainly prefer to play darts with steel tips versus plastic. (This board only uses steel tips.) (with This gift I also purchased the wall protector circle border that goes around the outside of the board. This is a great accessory to protect the wall surrounding the board, If you happen to throw an errant dart that doesn't hit the board. Search on Amazon.) The quality of this dart board was excellent and the installation was easy too.

Flounce: Great product. Good quality. Unfortunately the delivery company they used dumped the package (along with many others) at an abandoned house in the middle of the woods! Someone just happened to find them and used social media to track all the owners. I contacted delivery company to complain but they never returned my call. How crazy is that?? Franklin should complain to Amazon.
