Tanya J Lange: I believe my bathroom towel bar system had been previously returned. One of the hardware bags was opened and miscellaneous parts were rolling around in the bottom of the box. Unfortunately, I didn't realize parts were missing until i went to install the last towel bar rack. I am not taking everything down to return.
I am hoping I can contact the manufacturer and have them send the missing brackets. I truly like the system. Beautiful color, sturdy and easy to install. The template and a level made the job easy.

Dr Jo: Let me sum up my entire review: did you ever see a place that has bathroom towel hangers with those tiny tiny tiny tension screws in the bottom the holds entire thing together and they never stay because this is just a tiny tension screw and it’s impossible to actually stay and hook onto the wall…

Yeah that’s the entire premise of this set. Instead of using actual screws that will mount to a wall that you small tension screws that you have a keep adjusting adjusting adjusting every week until you can’t adjust them anymore by then you find out hey return policy is already over with. So spend a little extra money get something real don’t do as I did.

They do look nice… Too bad they’re made of cheap garbage.

AllisonAllison: This is a nice set and you can’t beat the price for 5 pieces. It perfectly matches my oil rubbed bronze faucet and light fixture.

I followed the template for installation, measured carefully and used a level. I had no trouble with any piece except the toilet paper holder. The template has the sides of the toilet paper holder too close together so that the plunger bar that holds the paper roll is squeezed too much when installed into the holder and the toilet paper cannot roll freely around that bar. It’s an easy fix: use the template to mark placement of the screws, but install one side a half inch further out (away) than the template shows. You want that plunger bar to be depressed just enough to get the end of the bar into the holder opening, but don’t install the two sides of the holder any closer than that. If you make this half inch adjustment, you won’t have to adjust it later like I did. I had to take one of the holder sides off, move the screws further away by a half inch and reinstall the screws. The round base of the holder is large enough that it covered both my original screw holes and the new ones a half inch further away. So I didn’t have to patch...
