Marann Presutti: This is by far the best stain remover I've ever used. Has removed all kinds of stains from carpets, quickly without having to do, continual re-do-overs to get out. Also have used it on food and drink stains on cloths, without any harm to cloths. tried it out with the triple pack bottles, now I'm buying the refill bottle, because of the number of rooms, and ppl in the house, its a must have at all times. best purchase ever made, won't be buying any of the other stain removers ever again. can't say enough, this has made cleaning up messes sooo much easier and less time consuming.

Marianne Arden: There was a delivery problem with the gallon container of Folex I had ordered. It wasn't the company's fault but they went to great lengths to fix the problem and keep me in the loop. They communicated three different times to let me know the status. I was frustrated about the delivery problem but very impressed with the company's efforts to get me the product, all the while letting me know what was happening.
And, of course, Folex is amazing. I love how you don't need to rinse. I use it for spot cleaning on an ongoing basis and use it in the carpet shampooer for bigger jobs. Thanks Folex!

SueJeanSueJean: I've used a lot of spray on carpet cleaners over the years. My biggest issues are the mess and the chemical smells that come with them. With the house closed up for winter, any strong smells can become overwhelming very quickly here in Alaska. I found this Folex cleaner as I was gearing up for "puppy potty training". My first bottle was bought with vague hope. I wasn't disappointed.

I spent my first week with my new puppy with a towel and a bottle of Folex close at hand. A quick spray of every "accident" kept the carpet spotless and there were no smells to endure. After the first month, my puppy was pretty dependable about letting us know when she had to go, but the Folex stayed on alert and has basically become my go-to cleaner.

The next challenge it faced was dealing with my puppy's first menses. We were advised to wait for her to complete her physical growth before having her spayed. I dreaded the mess, and the Folex once more came out of the closet. It worked! No spots or stains. No unwanted smells.

I've expanded my use of this product to laundry stains recently. I haven't fully tested it yet, but I'm hopeful that it will once again exceed my expectations...

De Lay: I have had white carpet in my living and dining rooms for years and it has gathered some stains along the way. The carpet still looks great but needs a touch-up after a lot of traffic. This wonderful carpet cleaner is painless to apply, with no smells, and no follow-up with scrubbing or vacuuming is needed. It may take two applications on some spots, but it gets rid of years-old puppy stains if they start to reappear. I know, white carpet?! But, maybe if you saw the rooms you would understand. I have never used any cleaner as good as this. I will say I have never had to try it on a red wine stain, even though I drink it often.

James Fisher: I was very skeptical, but OH. MY. GOSH!!!! I’m not getting anything out of reviewing this. I simply want to let you know this has saved us ripping out all of our carpet and putting down wood floors. We have 2 Great Pyrenees and 4 grandsons and we steam cleaned daily and still has stains that wouldn’t come out. I don’t know how they broke the code to getting out stains, but they did! I highly recommend everyone keep this in your laundry room, your car, your living room, with your cleaning supplies, everywhere!
