Aaron D.: Flying Swine is a fantastic rub, more sweet than salty. I've bought every flavor. All wonderful. Having said that, as a prime member, I absolutely refuse to pay several dollars in shipping for a product that used to offer free shipping. We pay a pretty penny for the privilege of free shipping. When Flying Swine decides to offer free shipping like they used to, I'll be ordering, because it's probably the best on the market. Until then, they can take a flying leap.

Terry Heydt: This is a quite versatile dry-rub!! I've used it on both chicken AND ribeyes with excellent results! I typically place in a large zipped baggie, shake, coat, press or rub in, then leave it in the baggie in the fridge overnight. I use this on items I then toss in the smoker - it eventually "caramelizes" into a sticky-sweet "bourbony" sauce.

Sherry PryorSherry Pryor: We like the flavor of this rub, and that it is not real strong. We use this rub in our own steak Rub that we make. I add this Apple Bourbon Rub to the steak rub once I get it made and it gives the rub a wonderful, enhanced flavor. These are not my ribs in the pic, but looks almost just like the ones we made when we started using this product to see if we wanted to include it in our steak rub. It is good and we like the fact that it does not overtake the meat.
