Twinrocks: The best part of this bag is it gives you the basics and a good start for the emergency items you need. The bag is good quality, and there is so much more room to add your own items.
I ordered this to be an example bag to some upcoming Emergency Go Bag classes I will be teaching, but I will be also keeping it on hand, adding to it, and hopefully not ever have to use it!!

J. Wass: A good, basic emergency prep kit. I bought it for my mother, after evaluating it against a few other options. Its lightweight, solid bag construction, and has the basics of what one might need in an emergency. It is certain that anyone would want to add a few items to this kit, but it has plenty of room to do so. Definitely not a "one and done" bag, but a good start for anyone to customize their own survival load.

Diane A Crim: The backpack is a nice thick solid back pack and everything advertised was included, as hoped has extra room to add more supplies. Just a little baffled why the color was advertised as a red back pack but I received an army green color, not what I wanted and there was no option to select a different color when ordering so it was a bit confusing. Since I received this as a gift cannot pursue further.
