Wizbang72: I wouldn't expect the tools to hold up to everyday use, but they are perfect for at home. I threw a set of the Shrader cores in the emergency roadside service kit too.

R.L.M. FL.: It gets old having to take tires to the shop when I need to replace a simple valve stem. This is a nice set and it has saved me a lot of time & $$$. Of course you will need to purchase a bead breaker to be able to install a new valve stem. You can find bead breakers relatively inexpensive so it's not a big deal.

Dave: Looked at on-line videos, but could not break the tire bead and so had to go to tire shop. Should have looked further and gotten kit that inserts through a funnel from the outside

A. Trapp: I tried filling my kids -new to her- car AC with coolant, when I took the charger off the low pressure line it squirted back at me. Looking a bit closer, it looked like a valve stem.
I ordered this, and sure as shooting it was a bad vavke stem, replaced it with a new one from the package, recharged the AC, and good as new!
Saved countless $$$!
