Fashionable Sun Protection: Stylish Sunset Hat

LINDA: Cute and versatile. Looks great and is very durable. I wore it for 21 days on a Colorado River trip through the grand canyon. It held up great and still looks awesome. Easy to shape the way you want so it doesn't block your view, yet still shades the sun. I'm going to buy another in a different color.

J. Rich: This city girl needed a cowboy hat for a southern rodeo and this was perfect.
It fit better than the dozens I had tried on in countless stores and didn't break the bank.
It is well made and easy to shape for sun adjustment throughout the day and travels nicely.
TBH, I had never heard of this brand, but they now have a new customer--I just ordered a beanie and am looking forward to wearing it this winter.

Bev: I bought my first Sunday Afternoons hat seven years ago and it still in great condition. This one has a fine wire around the brim that provides the ability to easily adjust the brim. Very happy with it.

KatieDidntKatieDidnt: I am wearing the hat on the left, my husband is wearing an old one he purchased years ago in Mexico that is now coming apart. I purchased this with a little hesitation, not expecting much. I took it on a trip to Cozumel this past week. I used it every single day to protect my face and hair from the sun in lieu of my usual ball cap. I liked that I could just roll it up, stuff it in my suitcase with my shoes and clothes to fly out and when I arrived, I was able to reshape it so easily, wear it, take it off and stuff it back in a beach bag to ride in the taxi and it was easily reshaped and smoothed again. It arrived in the usual amazon plastic white bag and it looked rough, but it has a wire edge that, if you take about 5 minutes(tops), it can be reshaped to the funky cowboy hat it is supposed to be- and I don't mean it looks like it came out of the garbage can either. It looks great. Several women asked where I purchased it and my husband wondered if they had them for men because he has a large head and couldn't wear this one well but did like the SPF it provided for his head. The SPF in the hat kept my head cool for hours floating out in the waters surrounding Cozumel island, and...

Monette L. Bebow Reinhard: I bought a hat similar in Chaco Canyon, and had it stolen. I thought this was the identical hat, but for one problem. I don't think the hanging tie is the same. This one has one in awkward plastic that's a little harder to use. Except for that I think it's the same hat. Plus this one is a medium, which surprises me. The one I lost was a large, and this one is definitely a better fit.

Amazon Customer: I like everything about this hat ! I have difficulty finding hats that fit well, so love that this hat has the feature to adjust the sizing. Also love that the brim has a wire woven in, so shaping is easy.
The sun protection factor is so important as well, as I spend many hours outdoors.
Because the quality is so good, I have ordered a different style from this company for my husband

kdl: This hat is great for travel, you can squish it up and then re-form it to whatever shape you want. I love that it has a string for when you're out horseback riding or on a boat and it might blow off. It's cute too - you can make it into a wide brimmed hat or a cowboy hat shape. I'm not a hat person, but it saved my face from the sun when I was in Belize, I'm glad I bought it.
