SzP: As pictured, but it will arrived a little smushed. Look up instructions on refreshing vintage fascinator hats. I follows some that used garment steamer and it helped give it body, helped in spreading out the bow-like features, too.

Janice Craig: Really cute - it doesn't come quite a "fluffy" as the photo, because it comes in a bag, so gets a bit flattened during shipping. But a bit of correction similar to an artificial tree and it looks great. I got numerous compliments and it was easy to wear with the clip. Comes with both clip and headband, so pretty versatile.
