Kathleen Woods-Smith: I purchased these fishing gloves to use while rowing. They work great for that purpose. One benefit is sun protection; the other is skin tear (from the nails on my left hand scraping the back of my right hand) prevention. I just wore them in a recent 14-mile race. They worked just as well as I’d hoped.

Rae: I brought a pair similar to these a few years ago from the same seller. They had velcro around the wrist, these don't need any velcro they fit perfectly, and the length down the fingers is longer than the previously purchased gloves. These are great. I'm thinking I might buy a backup pair.
