LRL: I purchased this because I get so cold walking in the afternoon on chilly days without my head covered. Most hats of any style are too big or don't look good on me. However, this hat is PERFECT! It's beautiful and well made and SO warm too and, I can wear this on a walk or dressed up. I will be purchasing more colors soon.

Kindle Customer 77: There is just SO MUCH floof in this hat. I have a pretty average size head, but it just has so much extra fabric. I have to pull the extra fabric towards the back so I don't look funny. Could use just a touch of redesigning; the actual fit is perfect though around the hairline, not too loose nor tight.

Great color for my gray/blue/green eyes, very soft and warm. I love this with my hair down. It is awesome for cold weather. Get compliments all the time.

Kay Dee Bird: My hat looks more like a beret than the one pictured. I was expecting a smaller top like the one pictured. But it is a nice hat.
Surprisingly warm considering it's light weight. The head band part can be extended down to cover the ears or scrunched up to expose the ears. It is very soft and very comfortable. It's a cute hat...but a bit different from the picture.
I figured out that you can fold/tuck the fullness of the beret part into the head band at the back and that tightens the top up so that it looks more like the picture. It's turning out to be a very adjustable hat. A beret or a bucket hat, with ear coverings or not. I'm liking this hat more and more.

Update: After wearing this hat all day, I feel like Fester from the Addams family. There is enough static electricity in my hair from the wool that I believe I could light up a light bulb! My hair is sticking straight out and popping and crackling. So, if you wear this hat, be prepared to keep it on all day long or bring some hair spray with you so that you can tame the beast.
