Mac: Had a pair similar ny snap on tools. They finally gave out. Replacement cost was $ 125 so I decided to try these out. They hold their charge longer than my snap on pair.
The only dislike is the you have to plug both lights in using supplied charging cable. My snap on pair had a central charging port
All in all it’s a great light and great value for the money

Rick Allen: I have 2 sets of these and I use them more than all my other mechanic lights. Battery life is excellent. They work for most light needs and hands free, really helps. Old style mechanic lights always fell and you couldn't get the light to stay where you needed it. These solve most of that. I recommend!

Sergio Montenegro: As an automotive tech bought these have used them everyday since amazing product, bought the snap on version to compare and much rather use my ezred lights the snap on ones feel flimsy and battery does not last as long as these, Highly recommend these to anyone thinking of purchasing the Snap-on version.

CLTGreg: I really like this device. It is the first time using a neckband which is a lot better than a headlamp. Sometimes I need to write in the dark, or gently light up a client in the dark. It works really well. I like the idea of being able to turn one or the other or both on to save battery.

The biggest annoyance is that you have to charge each side separately. The other is that it is micro USB. USB-C would have been nicer.

AP: I have been using the neck light almost daily for about 5 months. Very well made and the lights are very bright. Far superior than standard flashlights if you need hands free. The angle of the lights are adjustable.

Compared to the Snap-on one's not only are you talking about These are a lot cheaper, They also hold onto your head Better. The battery life is Almost exactly the same. This will be my third pair. The only issue is that 1 of the lights ends up not working after 2 years of daily use.

pbar34: 4.5 stars. Would have been 5 stars for initial use/impressions except that it would be nice to have a single switch to turn on/off and a single port to charge the lights. There are on/off buttons and charging ports on each of the lights. Not a big deal and probably a preference only. The lights are bright. I do find that around the neck is not as effective as a headlight where the light is coming from a location closer to your eyes. This only becomes an issue when I’m working close-up in the engine bay or under a vehicle. For use around the yard at night, there is no problem with around the neck. I find that this light can fit around my head and sit on top of my ears fairly securely, so I use it this mode for close up work. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the light.
