Comments

Ms. Pat: This book was an ok read. However, I have a serious issue with one aspect of it. The author insinuating that Islam is superior and promoting the propaganda that Mohommad actually was born, lived and died. The section of Islam was short. But when it came to Jesus/Christ it is all a myth. He devoted a lot of time. He is absolutely right about Jesus being a myth, but so is Muhammad. Abraham is a myth. Jesus is a myth. Mohammad is a myth. All of these western religions as Dr. John Henrik Clarke said are "conquerors' religions" and the foundation which all of them rest is the Kemetic/Nile Valley Mystery System. You can throw away the bible, the koran, and the torah and simply read Going forth By Day and By Knight.

This is why I prefer historians, I am not sure if the gentleman considers himself a historian, but I prefer historians that don't practice any of the western religions. He knows Mohammad is a myth, but he has to stay in good graces with his fellow religionists or ........ I am going to suggest Cameo's song "Talking Out of the Side of Your Neck." This why I gave it a three. I did find interesting content in this book. Peace.

Tawsif Elahi ChowdhuryTawsif Elahi Chowdhury: Shorter than expected for its price, but the content is still interesting. The book provides wide-ranging encyclopedic (albeit often brief) overviews of different historic/religious figures, deities, prophets and such in different faith or spiritual traditions. Dr. Sujan Dass (Supreme Understanding) is more scholarly in his approach unlike many of his contemporaries researching the same or similar topics.
