Well worth reading, even if it poses questions some parents will have difficulty answering. My recommendation to parents is to read it first and make a decision based on knowledge of their own children - read now or leave it on the bookshelf until later. I know there are questions about appropriate age and difficty on the next page which will be challenging to answer in a generic way.

Bricksteam: I saw this book got it started reading it and really liked the content and think it's a wonderful book that I want to read to my son but when I sent it to the parental visit supervisors they said it was not age appropriate for my son who is 6 and 3/4 years old. I think that is absurd and wish I had some way of showing them that it was age appropriate for my son but don't know how, can't find any indication on the book itself saw a comment that said it was great for 6 to 10 years old kids and I think it would be great for my son but am at a loss of how to determine that "officially* and prove it from the difficult legal position that my son &I have found ourselves in. Any advice would be appreciated and I would be happy to change my review to five stars if I could prove that this book was appropriate for me to read with my son during supervised visitation,

Nana: I have stated previously that I like these titles because of the variety, interest level, and readability. As a tutor, I work with reluctant readers who often prefer nonfiction to fiction, so these are my goto resources for my students. The content is educational, not too easy as well as the vocabulary. I like that there are chapters and added content, sort of like side bars. The only thing lacking is an index, but there are great timelines which my student often reference.

Iris: Albert Einstein lived 76 years before dying in 1955. He is most famous for his equation E=MC^2 and his theory of relativity. It was only 1915.

Lady J: My children read the book and learned a great deal. It’s like History written for children between the ages of 7 and 12. We order a few of these books when schools were closed - during the Corona pandemic as a way to continue their education.

SamTheBrave: I bought this book for my 8 year old son in the hope that to ignite his interest in science. To my surprise he likes it and read most of it. I don't like the childhood stories which have been proven to be inaccurate, e.g. Einstein did not talk until 3 years old and the first sentence is about the soup is too hot. Also this book does not talk too much about relativity. I am looking for some other biography of Einstein which talks more about relativity in an interesting way to children.
