wenha: I used this for my rear speakers suround sound. It works great! You can mount it on the wall or put it on a flat surface. Not sure if this model is still available, but I would recommend it or other speaker products from this vendor.

The TROUBLESHOOTER: The back bracket is terrible to mount, you will have to find the correct small hook or nail to mount these , the back mount is literally a joke! But I love the look and the quality, Nice addition to if you have a 7.1 setup

Joël: Très bon rapport qualité prix, bonne qualité sonore

Seul: Very nice sounding speakers, but not top tier. For the price, I'm happy with them. probably comparable to low end of say Polk or Klipsch lines, maybe just a hair below. Definitely nice speakers for movies and TV. Good range, good definition, no perceived "holes" or gaps in the spectrum of sound. Decent highs, not much in the way of lows BUT for rear/surround speakers you WOULD NOT EXPECT THAT. They have solid mid-range with enough low and high to work for surrounds. Binaural is nice but not sure it makes them "standouts" and they don't have the same vibrance and clarity of a higher end name. But still, they are clear, smooth, and defined. The enclosure looks good, feels and appears solid quality. The mounts, however, were a complete joke - I welded some brackets to screw into wall to mount speakers - that worked well. I put these in the basement rec-room as rears of a system powered by Onkyo AV receiver with Klipsch ref series for front, center, and sub. These are the "weak link" in that system, BUT they still sound "good" so for what this system is, it. While they don't sound exquisite, they don't cost exquisite either. They are "as expected" for the price, which is in the "good...

Alan P.: I’m using these for my back surround, but will end up switching this to my side surrounds one formal room construction is finished. These don’t stand out much from the wall, and sound seems decent enough (crossed over at 120Hz). Since they are part of a 7.2.4 set up, and behind listening area I don’t push a high volume or much power to drive them.

Ross: After reading all the reviews I figured for the price it was a great deal. The install was easy enough. I broke them in as my stereo left and right fronts. Over the time it was playing you could hear the sound become more warm and inviting. They need a break in time. I'm running them as my rears permanently. They work great for that. If you are wanting something with a bit of low end I would not get these. My subwoofer and fronts pick up that slack so my rears don't need it. These speakers have a little low end. The mids and highs tho 👌. So crisp and clear. They get plenty loud. It's a great purchase that I'm happy with. Do your research and determine if these are the best fit for your set up.

The Tech GuyThe Tech Guy: I had a tight budget for a home theatre installation and thought I'd give these speakers a try and was glad I did.

For under $200 I didn't have high expectations going in but I must say these speakers exceeded my expectations considering their price and did a great sound for surround sound on a 5.1 theatre setup.

First off surround sound speakers are used infrequently and therefore are not as important as the Center Channel Speaker or Left and Right front speaker. A good quality subwoofer is also much more important than surround sound speakers. If you have a tight budget like I did, put 75-90% of your speaker budget into the front speakers and sub and only 10-20% of the budget into the surround sound speakers.

My surround sound system consists of some Monitor Audio Speakers for the LCR, an NHT Subwoofer and yes the two Fluance SXBP2 speakers for surround. My Receiver is a Marantz AVR with Audyssey Speaker Equalization and that my friends is one of the secrets to getting good sound from your theatre system. Proper speaker calibration will equalize the speakers in the room and often compensate for various acoustical differences. Speaker calibration can...

SpykeZ: So bi-pole/di-pole haven't been popular for years and slowly seem to be fading. I believe it was something to do with they were awesome with Dolby Pro-Logic processing which was replaced with dolby digital and blah blah but these seemed to be harder for people to place due to the shape so maybe they didn't sell well?

I love them personally. I'm an audio enthusiast. I love good sound and if I could have the money back i've spent on audio gear over the years I'd have enough as a down payment on a house lol.

So these are paired up with my Yamaha receiver and Polk Audio RTI8 speakers and Csi5 center channel. They image REALLY well. I had some nice Audioengine bookshelf speakers as surrounds but I never really cared for it because I could hear the source of the audio, knew there was a speaker feeding the source and they never really just blended into the sound like a properly setup subwoofer should.

So figured i'd give these a try. After some research and reading, a few forums recommended I put them on the back wall since the speakers were angled already and would be like a direct speaker on a side wall pointing in the same direction.

War movies are easily...
