Experience Comfort and Support with the SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress

Edgar: Our initial mattress was defective (pinhole), and it was slowly deflating. Customer service was very responsive (even over the weekend) and quickly sent us a replacement in the most convenient and efficient way.

They didn't make us jump through hoops in order to get a replacement.

The replacement is perfect. Great quality, comfortable, and easy to inflate. The built-in inflation/deflation mechanism is simple and relatively quiet. The sound is a little droney, but you can barely hear it if you're in the next room, so it won't disturb sleeping guests if you need to inflate it in the middle of the night.

The built-in inflation makes it a tad difficult to roll up for storage, but not so much that I would dock it a star.

Amy Michael: The mattress inflates so easily and quickly! The inflated shape has great height and slopes slightly up around the edges, making a very bed-like sleeping experience. Super cozy. And easily deflates and rolls up to fit in the actual bag it came in. I really love this mattress! It developed a slow leak and after spending less than a minute looking up what I could do online, I was leaving a message which was returned the same day, solving the problem for me! Very friendly customer service - so nice to talk with a human so quickly who was able to help me continue enjoying this fantastic mattress!

John K.: Wife and I love this mattress. She likes a soft bed, I'm more toward the firm side. We both found our sweet spot on this airbed. We bought this for a guest bed about 3 months ago, and it's been slept on by one of our friends for about 3 weeks. No complaints whatsoever. There are several other signature features worth noting too, ie; the wicked fast built-in pump, sturdy construction, and really comfy top panel. All around a quality airbed, at a reasonable price. This is no tent camping inflatable.

Unfortunately, it sprung a tiny leak about 2 weeks back, and would not hold full pressure. When I finally located the leak, it was (as some may have guessed) right on a seam. The death rattle for an air bed....

You can try to repair a seam, but chances are the best you can hope for is to slow down the leak. I contacted Sound Asleep online and submittd a warranty claim. I got a phone call from customer service within 2 HOURS after submitting the claim! Didn't expect that. But wait, there's more. The rep listened to my song and dance, was courtious and respectful, and without further ado typed up the UPS waybill and told me a new bed would arrive in 3-4 days. I don't have to...

David Galbo: First, the basics. I purchased a "SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology". The size I purchased is a Twin XL. Everything that I read in the description for this Air Mattress is correct. The bed, out of the box, inflated in 5 minutes or less. The bed came very well packed in a box, and while the box had a few impact marks, the bed and the bag that it came packed in were in perfect condition. It also comes with a patch kit with I believe, enough material to patch two holes. The top has a waffled effect and it is "flocked", if that is the correct term. I like both as the "waffle" effect allow my shoulders and head to "sink into" the bed and for my back to get more support. The flocking is almost a skid resistant surface "holds" both blankets and sheets pretty much stay in place and prevents them from sliding around on the bed. The bed also has, when inflated, a kind of a raised bumper all the way around the edges which is very nice as it tells you where you are on the bed if you need to know. The top is supposed to be easy to clean which is a feature I hoped I would never have to us. Of course, that is not the case. On about the fifth night of sleeping on...
