Deanna Waid: This product doesn't fit human faces well. We ordered 2 of these masks. They didn't fit neither my wife or myself. We thought maybe our faces are weird shaped? So we had guests at our costume party try the masks on. They didn't fit anyone comfortably. They have a very low nose profile so it pushes the mask up higher on your face. With that the eye holes then don't align with eyes comfortably. No wonder this product doesn't allow returns cause they know they sell a bad product.

linda: This mask is beautiful as shown and I'm pleased it to confirm it actually is very soft, this coming from an adult with sensitive skin and couldn't tolerate anything on my skin that's not soft. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use it as it is too small and therefore not comfortable. This would be perfect for teens/children and those with smaller faces. And what I guess I didn't realize is that it is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Alison Petch: I just received my package and I am very disappointed that my “cute 2 pack” is only a 1- pack. The mask I do have appears to be very nice quality. It is however, missing it’s mate!
The mask feels soft, looks beautiful, and fits comfortably. The masks were to be a gift for my 2 daughters. I’m very disappointed.
