Orionagappe: Excellent blades. The blades are a bit thicker than I've used before but not obtrusively so. They are extremely sharp and hold their edge well. The blade box is a nice touch. These blades are very nice.

EmbeddedFlyer: These USA made blades are sharper and last longer than any I've found including the premium expensive Xacto blades which are still rather poorly made in China. The no-name Chinese brands are much worse and seem to be made out of recycled beer cans.

It can make all the difference to have a properly sharp blade that holds its edge. When cutting things out, for example, it can be the difference between a clean cut or a Chinese blade tearing its way through the paper or film. The 15 blade dispenser also works well and lets you safely dispose of old blades.

The only negative is Excel seemed to decide to make their #11 blade, which is supposed to be a standard size, slightly wider than other #11 blades. The result is the safety cap on some knives, including those from Xacto, don't fit over this blade or it's a very tight fit. I suspect they sadly did this on purpose to try and get you to buy their knives that have slightly larger safety caps. If you don't use safety caps, don't mind a tight fit if you do, or use one of Excel's excellent knives, it's a non-issue. But it shouldn't be an issue at all if they conformed to the standard.

緑緑: 以前ボークスで購入した木製の持ち手に付けるナイフの大きさが、一般的な日本製の替え刃だと微妙に合わず入らなかったためこちらの商品を購入しました。
(持ち手が海外のものだったため海外規格じゃないと合わなかったみたいです。)

便利でおしゃれな箱付きで、切れ味もかなりいい感じです！
先端が細いため、かなり精密に切ることができました。

同じような持ち手を持ってる方は購入されてはいかがでしょうか。

RA: What's great about these blades is not that they are sharp, its that they come in a container with a blade disposal compartment. After you use the last blade you can throw it away knowing the blades are safe and will never cut anyone.

THXkidTHXkid: 1st I was looking for blades made in USA, as the xacto are NOT any longer. The excel say they are and it says so on the package. They are sharper than my xacto brand blades for sure and tips don't bend or break. I really like the small case these come in and plus the disposal area in the case also, just a nice touch by excel. I use my xacto mostly on small RC parts and material, so the sharp tip is important and these do not disappoint. My new "Go To" Blades from now on.

Carl: I liked the fact that the blades were razor sharp for sure but also lasted longer than any other blade I have used. I trim a lot of Mylar RC plane covering which would always dull my blades after a few long cuts. These blades allowed me to cut many more strips and they are still super sharp! Nicely packaged in a plastic container which also houses the used blades making disposal a lot safer. Great product all around !!

AmazonShopper: These are your standard blades. They hold up well and stay sharp as long as can be expected given how I used them.
I like the package because it has a place to put the used blades.
