Lisa Estremera: First I did receive 5 muzzles and I did receive 2 clips. I have seen that other reviewers stated they did not receive 5 muzzles and only one clip. That was not the case with me. I have three very large dogs. I have one particular dog that doesn't know is place in the pack and tends to over step his boundaries. I have had 3 fights that he was involved in with my other 2 dogs. With that said I need a very good muzzle to protect my other two dogs and to try to teach him his place. I have purchased a few muzzles in the 2 years I have had him and they were disappointing.I found that most of the time the muzzles were made cheap and caused a lot of discomfort for my dog. I was looking for something that was softer on his face and not cheaply made. These may seem cheaply made but they are perfect for what any dog user may need them for. I will say that one thing I have learned is that dogs are very smart. My dog can remove most muzzles. The one thing that I figured out with these muzzles is that size and how I put on the muzzle is VERY important.
Make sure you are choosing the correct size on your pet.

Memory lane: I got these because my dog and a dog I'm fostering have been getting into very loud confrontations on an almost daily basis. Good news is these muzzles have helped reduce the incidence of fighting, as well as preventing any injuries. Still, I wouldn't recommend the to everyone.
The pros of these muzzles are that they're obviously very affordable, cover a wide range of sizes, and, for the most part, work.
The cons of the muzzles is that they're really only good for very short use and not completely reliable. Put another way, my dogs are usually able to wriggle out of them after a few minutes. Since I only need the muzzles for short periods of time to calm my dogs down, that's fine for me. It's also important to note than my dogs have never been aggressive toward any person, so I'm not relying on these muzzles for something that critical
Basically, if you are someone looking for a super durable muzzle you are going to use regularly, then these probably aren't for you.
On the other hand, if you want to keep some muzzles on hand for occasional use and/or emergencies, then these are very handy.

Moose: Bought this for my nippy German Shepard pup about 3-4 months old. Wasn't sure what size to get so I got this multiple size pack. Glad I did. The medium one fit the dog best. She doesn't like it much but it doesn't seem to cause her pain. She can eat and drink with it but she looks goofy doing it, and she can only eat a little at a time. She can lick faces with it on too and she seems to breath with it normally. I've never had it on for longer than an hour or so.
Pros:
- can finally let the dog roam the house without ripping apart all my stuff and nipping my kids.
- Great price.
- good for large breed pups because they can grow into different sizes.
Cons: started to come apart at one corner within the first hour of owning it. I stitched it together really well and it's been holding strong. I would definitely have a needle and thread ready if you buy this so you can reenforce it if it started to tear. I've only had one part come loose so far, everywhere else seems to be fine. You can tell when it was made they didn't stitch it together super strong.
