Ver_C: I use these for running, even though the product information says it's not for high impact exercise. That said, I used to wear just an everyday bra for running, so this is more supportive than an everyday bra but it won't be as supportive as one designed specifically for running. I also love that the foam padding is thick enough that I don't get any show-through, which is usually a problem for me in cold weather. I also love that I can wear it as an everyday bra - I don't look 'squished'. It gives a flattering look. The only criticism I have is extremely minor - it's that it can be difficult to distinguish the right and wrong side of this bra, so if you don't want to put it on inside out I recommend looking at the side bits where you can remove or insert the foam padding - these spaces will be on the inside. Definitely worth it if you want to get a bra that's comfy enough to run in and can still be used as an everyday bra.

kellysenn: I'll be one of those people because it's the truth I rarely write a review as I know what should! I'm 200 pounds 5 foot tall with 36E breast ... I got an XL... I may have been able to go with the barge, but only if I wanted a really snug fit and extra cleavage lol. I am so shocked and pleased with the quality and fabric of this bra! It's hit or miss sometimes as you girls know, but this is one of those moments where we say oh my god this is actually really cute lol!!!! I thought they were just going to be a plain bra but they have an odd bit of structure to them, thick material and slightly padded... I guess this is how some of the reviews had ladies that look really good wearing this as just a shirt I would do exactly the same once I am rid of my tummy! But for now it is a very comfortable nice. Looking sports bra definitely worth it! I'm also really pleased, but again surprise that the straps do not dig into my skin at all. They are really sexy looking with. I will say it again really great support. I've had it on for a few hours and I still can't tell it's there so if someone is on the fence and wants a very tight fit, they could go down a size but if you want it to be...
