No break in needed. I will be ordering a second pair for when I wear this pair out.

grandee: Husband has wide feet, but is able to wear a regular width in this boot. Wide was not available at time of purchase. Husband states that boots feel a little bulky (heavy) but he is generally happy with them. Good value for the price.

Chris Kinkelaar: My second pair of these boots and it is so hard for me to find comfortable shoes, of any kind, for my very ache feet... especially boots! I can wear these boots easier and with more comfort, than any high dollar tennis shoes I've bought, that cost way more. Unbelievable how comfortable these boots are, even during break-in. Thanks for making such a good boot at an unbelievable price!

Z.L.: These boots are really impressive, especially at the price. Fit is great, they didn't take very long to break in, and the soles don't turn into hockey pucks in icy/snowy conditions like a lot of cheaper boots. I recommend treating them with a wax-based waterproofing if you're going to wear them in the winter.

Tug: I would of kept the boots but the heel was too low for my liking , I returned them.

Kindle Customer: These boots are fantastic & easily in the category of purchase again & recommend them to friends/co-workers whether they ask or not they are that good.
I work with oil a lot of oil most boots even resistant ones seemingly melt or vulcanized to the point of failure within 6 months of first exposure. These boots have lasted more than a year and are still solid. They fit well, breathe solid and the stitching is exceptional.
My 1 complaint is the inclusion of the interrupted speed loops. Speed loops by definition are to be the top 2-4 fasteners that lace off a boot. Not 2 sets of speed loops followed by a lace eye... So annoying.

Justin K.: Perfect farm boots. Been wearing almost every day for 5 months and counting. Comfortable, good ankle support, great grip, lightweight but not flimsy. Stood up all season to fertilizer and grain dust, seed treatment, and chemical. At 1/3 the price of my regular work boots will buy more and wear these on the farm for years to come. Laces didn't last long but nobody's do anymore, just add kevlar laces.

Ray FortuneRay Fortune: Decent comfortable shoes, just don't hold up as well as the better known brands. With a couple of years of moderate use 2 or 3 days a week the soles began breaking away.
