Wolve55: This seat is big i have a 2018 escape and we have to put the front passenger seat way up for a 2 1/2 yr old.

I am thinking of moving it to the middle seat to see if that is better but it will make putting the child in harder.

Lindsey EiltsLindsey Eilts: I originally bought this car seat through Amazon Prime Day for $90 last year. I now like it so much that I just purchased another one for my mom's vehicle. After installing (which is incredibly easy to do) the car seat in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was initially very concerned. The 1st position recline on the seat isn't great. As seen in the first picture, the lowest recline position is still very upright. My daughter's head would constantly fall forward when she fell asleep. The seat is also very large and makes it slightly more difficult for my husband to drive my SUV as he can't re-position the drivers seat all the way back like he prefers (he is 6"1"). For these reasons I decided to do some research into another car seat that would fit our needs. I wanted something more compact and that had at least a 6 position recline option.

After a lot of research I decided on the ever popular and much more expensive Graco 4ever 4-in-1 ($240). With thousands of positive reviews and nearly five stars, I thought for sure this would be a winner. I was wrong. Rey Fer: Pros:
•So easy to install! It takes like 20 seconds to get in and out no hassle. (We've had two other seats and this one is by far the easiest to install)
•Son seems comfy in it
•Secure straps are easy to adjust
Cons:
•Wide, can't fit another person in the middle seat beside it.

I have a Kia Forte and the car seat fits behind me because my seat is pulled up a bit (I am 5'10"). It cannot fit in the seat behind my boyfriend if he keeps his seat all the way back. I am the sole driver and we are only a family of 3 so the size of the car seat is not an issue for us. It fits perfectly in Poppy's F150 and Nana's Dodge Caravan.

I upgraded from my original 4 stars to 5 - this seat is amazing and has very little wear after 3 years of daily use! I have machine washed the seat cover so many takes and it’s held up perfectly! My 38lb 3.5 year is still using the harness but I’m confident that this seat will last long enough for him to eventually transition to using it as a high back booster! Installing it forward facing is MUCH easier than installing rear facing. I am expecting baby #2 and will definitely be buying another one of these!

We really like this seat! I researched for several days before buying. I had always heard Britax was the "safest" seat and to be honest, it is. BUT we simply could not spend $250+ for a car seat. So I was going to settle for the Britax Roundabout, their cheapest seat, simply to have the Britax name. I was hesitant though, because it was SO plain! No extra cushioning, no easy adjust harness, nothing. I finally decided to look into non- Britax seats and found this one! It has the SAME safety rating from Consumer Reports as the Roundabout, but has all the bells and whistles - for the same price!

Jasmine C: This seat is phenomenal! My little guy is very thin but long so had to stay in his infant car seat until 15 months. This seat has been a great transition for him. He is super comfortable with the cushy seat cushions. He is remaining rear facing (per my request) until he weighs a bit more, but is loving the view from " way up there". No concerns with space and I drive an Acura TL SHAWD. Super easy to switch from our car to our truck with the retractable connectors. He can recline if sleeping or sit up high to watch so easily. This car seat is worth every dollar, I would however recommend you buy a seat protector as it will dig into the seat cushions (we have leather in the car so we were paranoid about wrecking it) even the fabric ones. Will definitely buy another for our next baby once they're ready for a bigger seat.

Amazon Customer: This seat is what we replaced our bucket seat with once our son had outgrown it. At first, when he fell asleep on a long car ride his head would flop forward despite the "level" arrow being where it was supposed to be. We just had to put a couple towels under the end and now his head stays back. It's super easy to loosen and tighten the straps, he can access his drinks easily and his cups fit nicely in the cup holders. Nowhere really to stick a toy but that's not the end of the world. Installation was very easy. We currently have it in rear facing mode, so I can't attest to how easy it is to convert or how user or kid friendly it is in forward facing and booster mode. But we are very pleased with this purchase.
