AKR BLR: Without exception every bottle was not water tight. Messed up the Kombucha that needed to be refrigerated in airtight bottles. VERY disappointed with the quality of the bottles. Too late to return them now.

Steffie Arch: The bottles hold a lot of internal pressure. Using them for kombucha. The seals will herniate first and release excessive gasses. I do recommend covering them during fermentation, especially if you have something colourful bottled (hibiscus kombucha is very messy on the walls and ceiling 😂). For the most part, they rinse clean with hot water, but I did end up buying a long neck brush for better cleaning.

I heart books: Came quick. I am using them to brew Kombucha. My only complaint is that the seals leak gases if they are not seated properly even slightly which makes it more difficult to build up carbonation quickly and effectively so I must subtract a star for a little time lost when doing my second ferment! Another tip that doesn't effect my rating but make sure you cut your fruits small enough that they don't get stuck in the bottle! lol!

Enrico Tomat: Very nice little bottles. 250 ml each. I use them to put wine from the 750 ml bottle to three of them. In this way, the wine lasts longer if, like me, the original bottle of wine is not finished in a few days. Less air inside means some more days of good wine!

Amazon Customer: I wasn't expecting a whole lot from these flip-tops considering how inexpensive they are but they are pretty solid for cheap bottles. They have a decent seal and look exactly as advertised. Only warning I can give is to not use them for fermenting carbonated beverages. I used these for the flavoring and carbonating stage of my home-brewed kombucha and when I went to let out some of the built-up CO2 the cap and metal piece completely shot off, luckily I wasn't injured, but do at your own risk. Although, I am accepting some responsibility for this. It's my first time homebrewing so I may have put in too much fruit (fruit=CO2) and left little extra room.
