J'ai contacté le support de la marque qui m'a fait une réponse de normand et refusé de le remplacer. Ils m'ont dit d'en achter un autre... hélas ce filtre n'est pas listé sur Amazon. SakuraSakura: Update 11/21: I’m changing it to 4 stars. This thing grew on me after awhile. Still a bit pricey with some design flaws, but I like it now. We just needed to figure out the ratios to our liking. We put about 2 TBS of freshly ground coffee and it seems to work just fine. Still it’s not an expresso kind of coffee but more of an americano. We are using this more as it gets colder and we find the coffee to be pretty good. We pour the coffee out into a cup though like pitcher. We added our warm milk to the coffee cup. I can not see letting the coffee sitting for so long, so I would say take it to work and use it in the morning, but don’t let it sit all day. Although it did stay rather warm when I realized there was some coffee left over later in the day. Of course it was bitter! So I wouldn’t recommend keeping the coffee for a few hours letting it brew. Unless your are into bitter off tasting coffee (no judgement). It’s actually fine and good quality. But I recommend pouring the brewed coffee into a cup then add all your preferences. mossite: Ich bin viel in Hotels unterwegs. Im Moment noch häufig mit Zimmerquarantäne. Leider haben viele Hotels die Kaffeemaschinen (vermutlich aus hygienischen Gründen) während der Pandemie abgeschafft und sind auf löslichen bzw Kaffeeteebeutel umgestiegen. In beiden Fällen für mich nicht genießbar! Kaffee über den Roomservice zu bestellen ist zu teuer und ebenfalls in den meisten Fällen nicht sehr lecker. Ein Wasserkocher ist zum Glück eigentlich immer da.

Ich habe mir jetzt diese French press für unterwegs gekauft und bin sehr begeistert. Verarbeitung ist top! Die Dichtung des Filterkorbes ist ebenfalls top. Selbst bei recht feingemahlenem Kaffee hat man keine Krümmel im Kaffee. Der Becher passt auch in Auto-Becherhalterungen oder in Seitenfächer von Rucksäcken usw. Es gibt ihn noch eine Nummer größer, dann hat er einen Griff oben am Deckel und man könnte ihn mit einem Karabiner überall befestigen.

Man sollte aber schon einen groben Mahlgrad für Frenchpress wählen. (ca. Gries Körnung). Der Filterkorb besteht aus 2 ineinander gesetzten Körben und macht in Verbindung mit der Silikondichtung außen herum einen top Job!

beachcombersrus: Except for the lack of the tea specific basket this is the same unit used to make tea. So it’s made tea and coffee and diffused drinks from clover flowers and sumac as well.

OK I’m travelling by bike so some of my observations are going to be because of that.

It’s a robust design that’s intended to be a brewing machine more than a travel mug so you have to unscrew the lid to take a drink. For me maybe not a bad thing because it keeps road dirt out but some people might find that inconvenient.

With the top cover removed there is still a plastic screw off piece in place that you can drink through but without it lid it isn’t spill proof if you jostle it.

With the lid on it’s completely spill proof and can be carried in any orientation. The shape is not tapered - it’s perfectly cylindrical which I like a lot. Maximizes the volume.

I would have preferred that the lid have the option of also screwing directly onto the flask but it doesn’t - the threads are different. That would add the option of storing the insert when you want to use the flask for soups.

A molded handle like there is on the ultralight model would have been nice...

orion1414: I love the design looks great. After owning this for a few weeks now trying different coffees and different measurements of coffee i'm now in love with it. I keeps your drink super hot for a long time. I've tried adding milk into the flask personally it doesn't work but that's fine for me as I enjoy my coffee black most of the time. So now I leave an inch before the top of the coffee line and fill the rest with cold water before pushing the plunger, if not I wouldn't be able to drink this for hours (which is a good thing) as it means it keeps it hot. It hasn't leaked at all i make it up pop the lid on and just chuck it on the side of my forklift for the day and driving round cornering their is not spillage. Cleaning is a super easy process not a pain at all. The only thing i would say is it works super well because of the double filter not residue but i'm not sure it justifies the price tag, the only reason i purchased one is because i had a voucher to go towards it. But the reviews and videos of this product spoke brilliantly so that's what helped me.
I would say if you want a decent cup of coffee with out a machine or your on the go, or in my case work doesn't provide nice...

Amazon Kunde: Da mir alle meine teuren, guten und schönen French Press Behälter aus GLAS kaputt gegangen sind, meistens immer durch die eigene Schusseligkeit, habe ich nach was unkaputbarem gesucht. UND was mir noch wichtig war, der Filter musste am Rand eine Gummidichtung haben. Mir ist bei den normalen French Press aufgefallen (egal wie teuer) das der Stempel immer aus Metall war. Beim runter drücken ist also immer Metall vom Stempel an Glas/Stahl gekommen. Was die ersten 50 mal noch ok war, aber mit der Zeit und durch das reinigen hat sich der Stempel immer verbogen, zwar minimal, aber dadurch war es nicht mehr dicht und Kaffesatz konnte an den Seiten in den Kaffee gelangen. Und das hat mich immer sehr genervt. ABER bei dem nicht!!!! Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Sehr guter Artikel.

Nachtrag nach 8 Monaten täglicher bis zu 4 maliger Verwendung pro Tag:

Ich bin immer noch sehr zufrieden mit der Espro, jedoch ist nach 6 Monaten der Filter kaputt gegangen.
Der Stempel besteht ja aus zwei Filtern die man ineinander dreht. Bei beiden Filtern hat sich das feine Netz/Sieb gelöst. So kann theoretisch der Kaffeesatz durch kommen. Auf der Suche nach einem Ersatzfilter, bin ich...

She has 7 different types of coffee making machines in her home ranging from $100-$3000. She is very versed and made me a cup with most of them. I was looking for the thickness of an espresso shot, but as a cup of coffee, not a shot. The body of the cup is really important to me. I'd rather not have coffee at all than to drink gross thin coffee. I'll admit, the overall experience of food and beverage holds a lot of weight with me.

I can't have creamer, so I use coconut cream instead, and I can't have sugar, don't use Neem honey. What I can't stand about French pressed coffee is the sludge. Yuck. Besides, after the first couple sips, what was once the "body" I enjoy, settles at the bottom into the sludge. Gross.

Not with this! You will enjoy a stable consistency throughout your entire cup. Love it!
