Dapperdobbs: The user manual includes assembly instructions and can be found on the net in PDF on "Eslite Life" web page, click user manual download, short to the point, quick and easy first-use curing (30 seconds low heat with oil). The phrase "some assembly required" comes to mind, but just one phillips head screwdriver, and for $99 bucks and the high quality of this stuff, you just can't beat it. Really, I just rinse with warm water after use. Beautiful. Note: for the glass lid handles they give you two washers and screws when the manual shows use of one. You can use both (I did by mistake on the first try, so I thought I'd post this for new buyers). The set came packed very carefully, and assembly is a breeze. Every country has a variety of people, but these guys really impress me with their products. Also, replacement parts are available for separate purchase in case you break something, but everything is solid, fits perfectly, and does not look nor feel likely to fail anytime soon. Compare this to some "La Crusette" (or whatever) going for three times as much for a single pot ...? Haha.

Mary Katherine Hill: I initially tried their grill pan and was so surprised how easy to clean after cooking steaks, etc. in it. I ordered the pots and pans and they are simply great. Easy to cook in (no sticking) and clean. I got rid of all the copper pots and pans I had. Even though Eslite discourages putting them in the dishwasher, I don’t mind cleaning them by hand at all because it’s so easy. I’ve been looking for a forever pot ware set and I believe I found them.

Peachzpooh: I deducted a star because this came in 4 boxes. It was almost like The Matryoshka/Russian Doll. One box inside another inside another...you get it. Also...I didnt realize that I had to assemble them. I bought an induction stove (without realizing it was induction) and these work great. They are genuinely heavy duty and so far nothing has stuck to them.

Amazon Customer: I’ve tried several non stick pans on Amazon. Others have worn out pretty quickly, the non stick material chipping away, and also food would stick to them at times while cooking, even with oil.

Not with these pots and pans! They literally work perfectly every time! Still use oil.

SuniSuni: Just got the cookware yesterday and I love it! It was easy to put the handles on. All that is needed is a Philips head screwdriver. I live in a rustic and small A Frame cottage and have been using a stainless steel cookware set for over 15 years. They are getting too close to biting the dust so it was time to move forward. I've been waiting for them to go because I don't like the looks of stainless steel in a rustic environment. This new set is perfect! In one of the reviews written, it was said one of the handles came loose and couldn't be tightened. It's possible the screw was stripped. Easy fix on that. Just replace that screw. The manual was easy to deal with although eyeballing was easy. There was an extra set of screws for attaching the handle on the glass covers. I'm really picky when it comes to buying anything. I want things to last a really long time. This cookware was a fantastic purchase. I'm a senior and this is the first high quality set of cookware I ever bought. I've always chosen the cheapest to be frugal. It doesn't always pay to be frugal.
