dechenne cecil: This is the sort of swatter I remember using as a kid in the 60s! Recently I had been buying the cheapie all-plastic swatters; they tore and broke so quickly, and it always took two swats to do the job. I finally had it when I delivered a huge swat and most of the head broke off and flew across the room. I knew better swatters used to exist, but I couldn't find anything but plastic ones locally. Amazon to the rescue...I found this Amoz swatter, with the metal mesh head like we used to have. Bingo, dead bugs with one swat! I did take notice of a reviewer who mentioned that tge head was a little loose on the stem - it was, but it was only a bit. Still, I took the advice from that review, and used a little glue to fix the back flaps of the head onto the cardboard label inside them, making sure to rub it in through the mesh. Worked like a charm, first try, and I can now swat precisely and with all my strength at my tormentors. I would have given this swatter 5 stars, but I wish they made one with a handle about 3 inches longer. Would gladly buy these swatters again!
